Miselle is the owner and certified image consultant of Icon Image Consulting. She has achieved an international First Level Certification by the Association of Image Consultants International.
Miselle finished her Foundation Image course with the Academy of Image Mastery and her Advanced Image Mastery course from the London Image Institute. With a background in the luxury hotel industry and managing a family corporation, Miselle aims to incorporate the grace and very corporate image and behavior of the hotel industry with the concepts of image enhancement, personality development and business etiquette.
Her unique background in the corporate arena, gives her sessions a practical and current approach to image enhancement and business etiquette. A trait that her clients’ love and which keep her consult and training sessions authentic, lively and inspiring.

Monica F. Prado
Communicare Training and Development Main Consultant
With her 10 years of combined experiences in corporate training, modeling, and event hosting, she specializes in designing and conducting trainings on communication skills. She has designed and conducted communication trainings for hundreds of individuals and different organizations.
Monica started her career as a model appearing in several fashion magazines and television and print advertisements. She also became an event host and student disc jockey on an FM Radio Station.
Her rich experience in corporate training has further developed her expertise in the area of communication. Monica served as a corporate trainer for a large electric distribution utility for several years. There, she conducted workshops on communication, core competencies, event management and customer service for all the employees from the rank and file to the top management. She then moved to the Business Process Outsourcing Industry where she joined an executive search firm. Monica single-handedly established the company’s training services. There, she conducted communication trainings for over two hundred aspiring call center agents to help them get hired by the top call centers.
EBy sharing what she has learned from her years of experience, Monica continues to help individuals and organizations achieve success through effective communication. She conducts trainings such as Communicating Effectively in Job Interviews for Individuals and Communicating Effectively in the Workplace and Communication as a Tool for Excellent Customer Service among many others for employees of different organizations. She has helped many employees get promoted, job applicants get hired and organizations deliver better customer service through effective communication.
Monica has a degree in Bachelor of Arts, Major in Communication. She is currently taking her Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications. A product of Toastmasters Club, Monica is also an accredited trainer of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
